Yarrow Leaf Tea

Both leaf and flower tea help dry out the upper respiratory system when there is phlegm/fluid in the lungs. The leaf tea is a helpful digestive tonic and circulatory stimulant. (Both are quite bitter in taste, can add sweetener if desired) Same as Yarrow Flower tea, can be taken in later pregnancy, should not be taken internally in the first trimester.

Plantian Leaf Tea

Aids in digestion, is diuretic, expectorant, anti-inflammatory and anti mucus. It can help with gastritis, diarrhea, dysentery, irritable bowel syndrome, loss of voice, urinary tract bleeding and respiratory inflammation.

St. John's Wort Tea

To help induce sleep, reduce anxiety, stress/a relaxant. (To a lesser extent than the oil, do not take it everyday for an extended period of time, give it a few days after taking it for a few days in a row. It could cause drowsiness during the day time once it is in your system after taking it for multiple days in a row.)​​

Echinacea Flower Tea

For allergies and as a preventative for colds and flus. Helpful for sore throats, and viral infections. (Very bitter tea, can add sweetener)

Yarrow Flower Tea

For immunity support, helps reduce allergic mucus problems, including hay fever. Most helpful to take when in the cold stage of fevers when a cold or flu is present. Yarrow tea is a warming and drying, caution and low doses should be taken in later pregnancy. It should not be taken in the first trimester of pregnancy

Stinging Nettle Tea

For a cleansing detox, helps clean out the liver and kidneys. For hair, skin and nails: promotes hair growth, helps clear skin and grow nails.

Calendula Tea

Anti-viral, antibacterial, antifungal and antiseptic. It aids in digestion, bloating and an upset stomach, it is detoxing and cleansing particularly for the liver and gallbladder, helps inflammatory problems of the digestive system such as gastritis, regional ileitis, peptic ulcers and colitis.

Cleavers Tea

Diuretic and detoxifying. For skin issues such as eczema, seborrhea and psoriasis. For swollen lymph glands and as a general detoxifying agent in serious illnesses. Helpful for kidney stones and other urinary problems.

Chamomile Tea

Anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and relaxant. It helps with stomach pain, indigestion, acidity, gastritis, gas, bloating and colic. It is also helpful for hiatal hernia, peptic ulcers, Crohn's disease and irritable bowel syndrome. It helps relax and prepare for sleep.
