Dose: (Sedative dose) 2-4 drops on the inside of the wrists, up to 4 drops onto the chest as well. For first time users, start with a small dose (1-2 drops) on the inside of both wrists and gradually up the dose if you need to. Rub in well.

(Nervine dose) Apply 1-4 drops on the affected area and rub in well. (will/can act as a sedative when used a nervine)

Use at the end of the day, not for prolonged use. Can use up to 3-4 days in a row, then highly recommend to wait for a few days before using again. As a sedative (used to help induce sleep) after 3-4 days it can leave you feeling potentially very drowsy. Applying to the face, neck, wrists or anywhere where there are major veins or arteries will/can act as a sedative to sensitive users within a few minutes.
